Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your electronics to remove personal data and pack the item securely in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
